Another transparency update for our email talks with Mojang, with emails attached below per usual.
As a heads up, we are working on implementing solutions to meet Mojang’s issues identified. The details of such will be posted later once we have sorted that out, but this will be coming up soon.

A personal note from SlowRiot: It should be noted that the admin team are well aware that concepts such as “hate speech” are deliberately vaguely defined, and can easily be misused to silence political debate or individual free expression. We are implementing these changes because it is the only way to remain compliant with Microsoft’s demands, and we expect these tools to be used only in exceptional circumstances where there is real potential for harm, not to prevent earnest exchanges of ideas in good faith, nor to enable trolls to bait others into being banned from the game for a careless or thoughtless comment. These are tools of last resort – please don’t treat them as toys, or look for excuses to use them on players you don’t like. Please remember that further down the path of censorship we go, even in a block game, the greater the potential impact may be on all of our lives in the long run.
